Job summary

Veolia seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Minnetonka, MN facility's shipping, receiving, and material handling operations. You will supervise warehouse staff and logistics specialists, drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory accuracy, and coordinate cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor KPIs, provide leadership for continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements while maintaining effective stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain logistics, transportation, or a related operational role.
• At least 2 years of management experience overseeing 5 or more direct reports/staff, preferably in warehouse, material handling, or transportation personnel.
• Preferred experience running a satellite warehouse

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse and logistics operations for the Minnetonka facility.
• Monitor daily performance and direct activities to ensure current commitments are met while actively seeking improvements.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively lead and manage warehouse and logistics activities.
• Manage inquiries related to shipping status, tracking shipments, proofs of delivery, etc.
• Lead injury investigations and drive continuous improvement projects, including participating in and/or leading cross-functional projects and Kaizen events.
