Job summary

Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing seeks an Operations Manager for a new Vacaville warehouse. You will drive safety, customer service, productivity, and profitability while leading warehouse teams and managing customer/vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, leading Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen initiatives, and ensuring OSHA and food safety compliance. 5 years of 3PL WM experience and certification readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of 3PL warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System and handheld scanners.
• Ability to obtain Industrial Truck Certification through company-provided training.
• Ability to obtain forklift trainer certification.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall performance of the warehouse.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams while ensuring safety and performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Partner with locations to resolve operational and customer concerns.
• Monitor productivity, labor, and service levels; manage costs and profitability.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Manage equipment needs, invoices, revenue, expenses, and profitability; collaborate on forecasts.
