Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Bucks County, PA to lead a team of 15–20 order and material handlers in a fast-paced distribution center. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will coach staff, manage inventory accuracy, oversee picking/packing/shipping, and contribute to software-enabled transformations (WMS, SAP). Two shifts offer competitive hourly pay with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 15–20 team members in a distribution environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and distribution technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of order and material handlers to meet daily goals.
• Oversee order processing, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct team meetings, set expectations, and provide feedback.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain warehouse data in WMS, SAP, and related systems.
