Job summary

Mountainy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our fast-paced 3PL fulfillment center in DuBois, PA. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment.

This role requires 3+ years in warehouse or logistics supervision, familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment workflows, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision (3PL experience preferred).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment workflows
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead and support a team of associates to meet performance goals
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order processing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with leadership to develop, document, and implement warehouse SOPs that improve consistency, safety, and efficiency
