NFI Industries in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to assist in coordinating and supervising daily warehouse activities. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will direct work assignments and support material handling and forklift operations.
You will drive safety, quality, and productivity goals, train staff on SOPs, and help improve processes. This role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with warehouse exposure and WMS experience.
The Warehouse Operations Lead has general responsibility to assist in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for directing work assignments in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
The base hourly pay rate for this posting is between $26.90 hour . The base hourly pay range is a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay, while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure. The range listed is just one component of NFI's total compensation package for employees.
