Job summary

General Nutrition Centers, Inc. seeks an Operations IIISupervisor to supervise a warehouse team, drive productivity, and sustain service levels.

You will lead in a positive environment that encourages open communication, recognition, and retention initiatives, while coordinating staffing, equipment, and supply planning to optimize flow. Experience in logistics, supervisory roles, and proficiency with WMS/RF systems will help you succeed in this role within a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, or an Associate's degree in logistics or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; strong analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff and department performance and develop action plans to maximize productivity.
• Plan and schedule personnel, equipment, and supplies to maintain efficient material flow.
• Assist in developing and managing daily, weekly, annual financial and operational plans.
• Hire, motivate, and train new and current employees.
• Ensure safe handling of materials and maintenance of a clean, safe work environment.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and bi-yearly housekeeping initiatives.
