Job summary

The position requires a BS/BA in a related field and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with strong English communication and SAP ERP familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent applicable work experience.
• 3+ years job-specific experience
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of department and company policies and procedures
• Thorough knowledge of planning and legal issues associated with a leadership position
• Strong judgment in establishing work assignments and data interpretation
• Ability to delegate and motivate
• Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets, databases and word processing
• Strong mathematical and logical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Preferred experience with SAP ERP

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the daily packaging or distribution activities of Team Leaders and Warehouse Associates.
• Develop and revise standardized work to improve problem-solving skills.
• Assign work to be performed, instruct associates, direct efforts and monitor progress.
• Conduct performance reviews and recommend personnel actions.
• Recommend changes or improvements in established procedures.
• Collect, extract and interpret data from various sources.
• Set up and prepare complex statistical reports.
• Create and maintain databases and prepare reports.
• Lead projects and initiatives and mentor Team Leaders in BPS principles.
• Drive customer satisfaction and provide guidance to staff.
