Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in SCM or IE or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of job-specific supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of department and company policies and procedures.
• Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets, databases and word processing.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferred experience with SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the daily packaging or distribution activities of Team Leaders and Warehouse Associates.
• Develop and revise standardized work; coach Team Leaders to improve problem solving.
• Inspect and guide performance; conduct reviews and recommend actions.
• Collect and interpret data; prepare complex reports and business charts.
• Create and maintain databases; execute data imports/exports and reporting.
• Provide guidance and supervise large teams on departmental projects.
