Bosch Rexroth in the United States is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Specialist to coordinate logistics across departments, ensuring safe, accurate order processing and packaging, and preparing crates for transport.

You will work with Logistics, Assembly, Quality, and Inside Sales; require 5+ years in warehousing; SAP familiarity; forklift cert; and a strong attendance history. This is a full-time day shift with competitive pay and Bosch benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive warehouse, dock, or industrial shipping experience.
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP inventory management systems (preferred).
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one) and experience handling large parts.

Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination: connect Logistics, assembly, hydraulic motor repair, Quality, and Sales to keep shipments moving.
Precision prep & packing: pick, pack, crate, label crates for LTL & Flatbed transport.
Inventory Ownership: log movements, update stock locations in SAP, lead Cycle Count Program.
Carrier & Freight Management: prepare BOLs, generate carrier labels, schedule pickups, file freight claims.
Daily Priorities & Standards: meet daily targets, follow customer instructions, maintain an organized workspace.
