Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a continuous improvement outlook.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as Synapse.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct daily supervision of warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
• Delegates tasks and monitors progress, removing obstacles to get work done.
• Develops and delivers multi-mode communications for diverse audiences.
• Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
• Directs inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Tours the warehouse to evaluate operations and solve problems.
• Reviews and improves warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Attends planning meetings and supports budgeting and cost-control efforts.
