Job summary

The role directly supervises 20+ employees, plans work schedules, assesses staffing needs, ensures safety procedures, and maintains inventory accuracy while meeting customer metrics and performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report to plan work activities.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs based on workload and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and works with Inventory Control.
• Directly supervises 20+ employees and handles payroll for the department.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and resolves grievances.
