Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coach warehouse staff with ongoing feedback.
• Oversee inventory control and weekly/quarterly cycle counts.
• Coordinate workflow with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and showroom readiness of the warehouse.
• Record operational data and manage documentation.
