Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Warehouse Lead role.

• Professional and courteous communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse workflow, including receiving, shipping, maintenance and QC.
• Schedule and manage warehouse staff; develop work rosters and monitor performance.
• Assist in safety training and SOP updates; help generate and interpret KPIs.
• Coordinate shipments, both international and domestic, and liaise with centers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Handle claims processing for defective or damaged goods; participate in continual process improvement.
