Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics are a plus.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in delivery/logistics.
• Knowledge of route planning and vehicle maintenance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with aftermarket collision auto parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers and leads.
• Develop delivery schedules, routes, and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain records of delivery activities including logs, mileage, fuel, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams for timely order processing.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and customer complaints promptly.
