• Warehouse experience with forklift, packing and measuring.
• Leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet all production and distribution objectives and deadlines within budget.
• Teach, coach and demonstrate work activities for team members.
• Coordinate, assign, and review work.
• Direct staff on priority of work to be accomplished.
• Ensure safety training and compliance for all team members.
• Maintain timely, effective communications with customers and suppliers.
• Report accidents or incidents to Operations Manager within 24 hours.
• Supervise on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
• Apply problem solving methods (8D; 5 Why; Kaizen) to quality issues.
• Meet attributes/competencies expected of the role.
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or Plant Manager.
