Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee receiving or shipping operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will supervise teams, manage inventory accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supply chain, strong Excel skills, and experience with WMS/TMS/ERP systems. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory, and transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned function (receiving or shipping) and provide direction to associates within the function.
• Assist in supervising inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Aid in inventory control training and execute cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve inventory control discrepancies.
• Count product, compare to manifest, and check shipments prior to storage.
• Verify contents of orders and ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct.
• Relocate, replenish and consolidate product as directed.
• Inform management of resource allocation issues.
• Ensure safety training and enforce safety procedures.
• Coach and develop team members; provide performance feedback.
• Assist with monitoring supply levels and ordering supplies.
