Delivers, receives, unloads, unpacks, inspects, stages, and organizes merchandise or materials. Operate motor vehicles, power industrial trucks, and manual lifting devices to move merchandise, tools, and materials as needed. Perform various manual labor in support of construction projects, budling maintenance, and landscaping.
In addition to the above listed warehouse task, the Warehouse Lead works under limited supervision while providing work direction to warehouse associates or temporary labor. The Warehouse Lead may take on additional administrative responsibilities such as ordering, auditing, printing, and computer/mobile application data entry as directed by Supervisor.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
