Job summary

Terex Services Chicago is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations ensuring safe receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials to support service, parts, and customer delivery commitments.

You will collaborate with Parts, Service, and Branch Leadership to maintain operational continuity and uphold Terex safety standards. The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and strong safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safety culture aligned with OSHA standards.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and shipping operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Optimize layout and material flow to improve efficiency and space usage.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff; set expectations and provide feedback.
• Support continuous improvement using Lean and Terex Business System (TBS).
