The Armstrong Company in Houston, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, safety, and inventory control. You will lead a team of warehouse staff and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

This role emphasizes process improvement, adherence to OSHA standards, and effective use of warehousing systems like Magaya WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2–5 years of Transportation/Warehousing experience.
• Strong project management and supervisory skills.
• Experience with WMS systems; Magaya a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data entry and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, supervise daily warehouse operations and inventory.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff; assign workloads.
• Receive, unpack, store, and deliver materials and equipment.
• Maintain warehousing procedures and ensure accurate billing.
• Ensure safety and OSHA standards are met.
• Collaborate with departments to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Support sales by tracking projects and preparing reports.
• Adhere to Armstrong DNA and lead by example.
