Job summary

DF Young is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping to meet productivity, quality, safety, and customer service standards. The role is based in an industrial warehouse setting with duties across the warehousing spectrum.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in warehouse operations and management, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and forklift certification; HAZMAT knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in a management or team lead position.
• Knowledge of various computer systems and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• OSHA forklift and HAZMAT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including unloading shipments and verifying against manifests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Train, develop and manage warehouse staff; resolve team issues.
• Develop strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
