Riviana Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Foote, Tennessee to coordinate hourly staff and ensure efficient receipt and shipment of goods. You will oversee sanitation, inventory control, and communication with the Warehouse Manager to prepare reports and maintain accuracy across loads and stock.

Strong leadership and OSHA‑compliant practices are essential. Ideal candidates have 3+ years managing high-volume warehousing, with SAP/WMS experience and a forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume warehousing and/or distribution operation, preferably in the foodservice industry.
• Strong working knowledge of principal food distribution disciplines: supply chain, data processing, transportation, and warehousing.
• 2–5 years knowledge of WMS with emphasis on SAP.
• Certified Forklift Operator certification is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
• Assign trucks to loading docks and coordinate loading operations.
• Inspect vehicles for condition and issues, providing daily inspection reports.
• Monitor stock rotation and oversee finished goods inventory.
• Take physical inventory regularly and assist accounting with variances.
• Train and supervise hourly employees in loading/unloading, forklift operation, and safety.
• Maintain MSDS and HACCP records; enforce safety and OSHA standards.
