Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Leads personal development plans and proactive coaching for staff.
• Ensures all department employees receive orientation, training, and regular evaluations in safety and operations.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
