Job summary

Wesco is hiring a full-time Warehouse Worker - Operations Coordination in Georgia. You will support the local operations team, manage documentation, and coordinate with carriers to meet customer commitments with a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. You will work within the warehouse to ensure accurate order processing and inventory control, contributing to Wesco's global distribution excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• 3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal forms.
• 1 year of administrative/clerical experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service and inside sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports local operations with coordinated efforts specific to the location.
• Prepares reports and manages documentation.
• Identifies bottlenecks and works with management to resolve issues.
• Coordinates with carriers and local managers to align workflow with customer commitments.
• Acts as team lead on small projects when Supervisor is away.
• Manages multiple communication systems for internal requests.
• Oversees daily order and task production in the warehouse management system.
• Ensures must-ship-today orders are fulfilled on time domestically and internationally.
• Provides daily assistance for picking, packing and shipping functions.
• Maintains inventory documentation.
