Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Coordinat or in Operations to support the team with order prioritization and routing. You will assist in all warehouse areas depending on location needs.

Responsibilities include managing documentation, resolving process issues, and coordinating with managers to align workflows. As a team lead on small projects, you will handle multiple communications channels to fulfill internal requests and oversee daily order and task production in the warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years in order management within warehouse/production.
• 1 year in operations/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage documentation for orders.
• Identify process issues and work with management to resolve.
• Align employees and workflow with local managers and supervisors.
• Lead small projects as team lead.
• Manage multiple communication systems to fulfill internal requests.
• Oversee daily orders and task production in the warehouse management system.
