What You’ll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations and coordinate team workflow
• Assign and prioritize work to maintain productivity and efficiency
• Stay hands‑on with picking, staging, and organization
• Train and support team members to build a high‑performing team
• Ensure accuracy in materials, inventory, and inbound deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑first environment
• Troubleshoot inventory and operational issues as they arise

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience
