Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by preparing, processing, and moving inventory productively, safely, and accurately per established standards and guidelines.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Handle inbound merchandise from external vendors.
- Read and pull orders.
- Move inventory and materials across facilities using forklift or pallet jack.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
- Process inventory for deliveries to job sites.
- Deliver or pick up equipment and materials to/from job sites, vendors, or supply houses.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
- Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for all associates.
- Identify incorrect/short shipped items and notify supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year of prior warehouse experience.
- Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a trailer.

Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment.
- Travel by vehicle to and from work locations.
- Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions, while wearing appropriate PPE.
Physical Requirements
- Drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forklift.
- Lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Climb, bend at the waist, crawl, kneel, crouch.
- Work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, occasionally work on platforms or scaffolds with fall protection.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective safety vests, gloves, safety toe, construction‑grade boots.
- Stand, walk, or sit for long periods.
- Hear, understand, and distinguish speech or other sounds to operate phones or equipment safely.
- Use vision for close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
- Enter text or data into a computer using a keyboard or 10‑key numeric keypad.
- Use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull objects and tools.
Pay Range
$16–$19 per hour.
