Job summary

Tronair is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse to lead daily receiving, material handling, put-away, kitting, and order fulfillment for manufacturing and OSS orders. You will coach a team of about 20, balance staffing with capacity, and drive improvements across areas to meet schedule and quality targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, development of performance metrics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient warehouse operations and timely customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience or training in a manufacturing/warehouse leadership role.
• Experience leading or supporting CI, Kaizen, or Gemba events is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to develop and monitor department performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to plan workloads according to capacity and drive productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of ~20 across multiple areas to meet daily goals.
• Assign daily work schedules and ensure completion to quality standards.
• Escalate issues and ensure on-time completion of work.
• Develop and implement process improvements with the team.
• Build cross-department partnerships and align with leadership plantwide.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for current and new staff.
• Conduct performance conversations and corrective actions as needed.
