Job summary

Stancil Services is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day activities across all warehouse facilities in Concord, NC. You will coordinate receiving material, track material orders, and manage inventory with a focus on improving processes and implementing a new WMS.

You will supervise warehouse staff, optimize stock levels, and report to upper management on operations, efficiency, and personnel issues. Regular cycle counts and SOP updates are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage daily warehouse operations.
• Strong inventory control and cycle count experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and coordinate with Purchasing/Operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for all facilities.
• Utilize Sage/KOJO to receive material tickets from suppliers.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes and SOPs.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts.
• Track backorders and coordinate with Purchasing on material status.
