TalentBridge is partnering with a growing international manufacturer establishing a new operation in Concord, NC. We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to build and manage warehouse and inventory operations for the new facility.

This is an opportunity to influence day-to-day operations while shaping processes, leading staff, and coordinating with logistics, procurement, planning, and quality teams as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proven ability to manage ERP/WMS processes and data accuracy.
• Hands-on leadership style with willingness to work in operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Create efficient material flow for service, kitting, and repairs.
• Provide leadership, training, and direction to warehouse staff as the operation grows.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Use ERP/WMS to manage transactions and reporting.
• Track performance and identify safety, accuracy, and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, planning, and quality teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

Summary:

TalentBridge is partnered with a growing international manufacturer that is establishing a new operation in Concord, NC. As part of this expansion, we are searching for a hands‑on Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to help build and manage warehouse and inventory operations for the new facility.

This is an opportunity to join a growing operation at an early stage and have a direct impact on how the warehouse is organized, how inventory is managed, and how processes are established as the team grows.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in the day‑to‑day operation while also providing leadership, organization, and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Help establish and manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
• Coordinate and participate in receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory-control processes.
• Establish efficient material flow to support service operations, kitting, light assembly, repairs, and customer shipments.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, training, and work direction to warehouse personnel as the operation grows.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stock and consumable items.
• Utilize ERP/WMS systems to manage warehouse and inventory transactions.
• Track warehouse and inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Partner with logistics, service, procurement, planning, and quality teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or materials management.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, material flow, receiving, and shipping.
• Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a willingness to work directly in the operation when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and help establish processes in a new operation.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.

Manufacturing, industrial, or technical distribution experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, down‑to‑earth approach.
