Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four years of relevant experience with one year in a leadership capacity.
• Valid driver’s license; Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required.
• Experience in warehousing and inventory control is preferred.
• Strong planning and supervisory abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate work schedules for the Warehouse team.
• Lead shifts and provide direction to staff.
• Maintain inventory records and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Maintenance & Repair to plan workload.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations.
• Support daily operations to meet customer needs.
