Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 1 year of administrative support, warehouse, or related experience.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, emails, and voicemails and address and resolve inventory issues and concerns.
• Process orders from customers and issue pick orders and instructions to warehouse employees.
• Track inventory and assist with distribution of assignments for orders to material handlers and forklift operators.
• Monitor loading of trailers according to work order specification and shipping schedule; verify orders and close out paperwork as needed.
• Assist with cycle counts, expedite orders, and set up items in computer system.
• Determine inventory levels, report stock inventory and special-order requests, and perform general accounting for warehouse.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• May perform basic shipping activities such as preparing items for shipment and maintaining records.
