Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Inventory Control Clerk to support cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations. The role requires experience with order pickers, reach trucks, dock stockers, and a WMS system.

Shifts are 2nd shift, and compensation includes a shift differential. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, six months warehousing/inventory experience, and forklift certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Inventory Control including cycle count and reporting discrepancies.
• At least 6 months experience with a WMS or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust the system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 4:30pm - 12:30am
Pay: $20.50 PLUS $1.00 Shift Differential

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• -REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 1 years’ experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
