ALDI USA is offering a Warehouse Operations Internship in Minnesota designed to provide hands-on experience in one of America’s fastest growing grocery retailers. The 10-week program runs full-time at 40 hours per week, paying $28.00 per hour with eligibility for overtime.

Selected interns may receive a path to a full-time role upon graduation. The internship emphasizes training with leadership, engagement in inventory and policy tasks, and participation in interviews and orientations to develop

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acquires knowledge from the training leader to understand roles and importance of leading with excellence.
• Learns warehouse operations and collaborates with warehouse staff.
• Learns and understands all relevant policies and procedures.
• Assists leadership with training and with administrative tasks.
• Drives improvements in warehouse associate performance and efficiency.
• Attends interview events and orientations; assists Inventory Control with tasks.
