ALDI USA is offering a Warehouse Operations Internship designed to give hands-on experience in a fast‑growing grocery retailer. The program runs 40 hours per week for 10 weeks and pays $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility.

Successful interns may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation. Participants will learn warehouse operations, lead by example, and support training with leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Ability to learn warehouse operations and collaborate with staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Develop positive relationships with team and internal/external parties.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand roles and policies within warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve efficiency and culture of excellence.
• Assist leadership with training and administrative tasks.
• Prepare a presentation and report on an area of warehouse operations for ALDI executives.
• Attend trainings and meetings and maintain professionalism.
