Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a Warehouse Operations Internship in Maryland designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-growing grocery retailer environment. The role runs 40 hours per week for 10 weeks, with a wage of $28.00 per hour and eligibility for overtime.

Selected interns may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation, and will gain exposure to policy processing, training delivery, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Commitment to professional growth during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Learn warehouse operations from the training leader and collaborate with staff.
• Assist leadership with training and administrative tasks.
• Prepare a presentation and report on a warehouse area for ALDI executives.
• Attend trainings and meetings; contribute to a positive working environment.
• Develop subject matter knowledge by working closely with team members.
• Support inventory control tasks and general warehouse activities.
