Role Overview: The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, managing Supervisors and their teams to ensure efficient storage and distribution of inventory in both RF-enabled and non-RF environments. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and maintaining safety compliance, especially concerning controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous materials. The role involves employee development, performance monitoring, and managing overtime, while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Duties

• Manage warehouse associates, track attendance, coach, and support employee growth
• Lead warehouse activities to optimize facility utilization
• Maintain process efficiency, productivity metrics, and quality controls
• Analyze performance data, implement improvements, and evaluate staff
• Respond to production issues and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Develop and recommend warehouse process improvements
• Assist in budget preparation and management
• Ensure facility cleanliness and perform related duties as needed
