Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily distribution operations. You will read work orders, load and unload cases, and move boxed products along the supply chain using RF guns and powered equipment.

Safety protocols and accurate inventory handling are essential as you prepare pallets for shipment. Responsibilities include operating PKMS/Rapid Pick systems, verifying counts, inspecting for damages, and stacking loads securely.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows work orders and oral instructions.
• Accurate handling of inventory and pallets to ensure schedule adherence.
• Demonstrates ability to operate RF guns and powered equipment safely.
• Maintains safety procedures while loading, unloading, and stacking boxed products.
• Able to read labels, verify pallet contents, and observe product conditions.

Responsibilities

• Read orders or receive instructions to determine daily tasks.
• Load/unload cases from pallets and conveyors.
• Move boxed product to staging areas using powered equipment and manual handling.
• Convey product safely according to safety policies and procedures.
• Operate warehouse systems (PKMS, Rapid Pick) and printers to support workflow.
• Verify inventory counts and pallet content accuracy.
• Observe product labels for accuracy and age, and inspect for damage.
• Stack and secure loads on pallets and move to designated areas.
• Store/retrieve boxed product using Hi-Lo to heights up to 30 feet.
• Participate in training programs including safety and cross-functional training.
