Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a warehouse associate to support daily distribution operations in our Kernersville, NC facility. You will read work orders, load/unload boxes, operate RF scanning, and ensure accurate inventory while following safety protocols.

The role involves moving boxed product, stacking on pallets, using Hi-Lo equipment, and maintaining quality by inspecting for damage. Training and safety programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Read work orders and determine daily tasks.
• Operate RF guns and powered equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and verify pallet contents.
• Move boxes and products using pallets, conveyors and manual handling.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training programs.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders or oral instructions to determine tasks.
• Loads and unloads cases onto pallets and conveyors.
• Conveys boxed product by hand or powered equipment, observing safety rules.
• Operates RF guns, pallet jacks, forklifts and Hi-Lo as required.
• Checks inventory and pallet contents for accuracy; scans boxes.
• Stacks boxed product on pallets and moves to staging areas.
• Participates in Safety Training and equipment certification.
