Service Metal is seeking a Warehouse Operations Engineer in St. Louis, MO to enhance warehouse operations. You will work with leadership to implement smarter processes and scalable solutions across our warehouse network.

The role offers full-time, onsite employment with up to 25% travel to warehouses. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and strong analytical and communication skills are required.

• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify, test, and implement software and ERP improvements
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall warehouse performance and cost structure
• Oversee and coordinate warehouse improvement projects
• Promote a safety-first mindset in all process improvements and operational changes

Warehouse Operations Engineer | Service Metal | St. Louis, MO

Pay: $72,800-$90,000/year | Full-Time | Business Hours, 8am-5pm | Onsite

Service Metal is looking for a driven and curious engineer who wants to make a real impact on warehouse operations. You'll work directly with senior leadership to improve how our warehouses operate, design smarter processes, solve real-world problems, and help to scale our operations for growth. You'll have the autonomy and project ownership to move quickly from idea to implementation and execution.

This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, with up to 25% travel to Service Metal warehouse locations.

What You'll Do
