Job summary

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Operations / Data Analyst in Jacksonville, FL to bridge the gap between warehouse processes, supply chain systems, and financial performance. • 2-4 years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and WMS/WCS systems.
• Understanding of warehouse KPIs, cost drivers, and operational workflows.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both operations and finance teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling preferred.
• AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping) to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Evaluate throughput, orders per hour, inventory accuracy, and other KPIs using BI tools such as Power BI.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze operational and financial data to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
• Build detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support strategic decisionmaking.
