Job summary

Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Suffolk, VA to manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods at our main coffee roasting facility. You will work with the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors to ensure safe, accurate inventory and timely movement of items.

Key responsibilities include scheduling team workload, coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, and supporting pick-ups and UPS shipments. Proficiency in JD Edwards and Excel is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS/BA/BS or some college preferred.
• 5+ years of operational and functional experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
• At least 5 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make independent judgments.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan activities in the warehouse area of the facility per SOPs.
• Maintain open communication with Warehouse Manager and Supervisors.
• Oversee team schedule for productive workload and policy adherence.
• Ensure proper movement, receipt, and storage of materials and goods.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation with accuracy.
• Reconcile and report product movement to ensure inventory control.
• Promote high standards of customer service through effective communication.
• Assist with pick-up appointments for TL, LTL, and customer orders/returns.
• Coordinate UPS shipments including order management, picking and packing.
• Participate in warehouse consolidation and formal inventories.
• Interface with JD Edwards for inventory accuracy and shipment protocol.
• Follow safety standards and guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
