- Book routine freight within the established $500 approval threshold; obtain Director of Supply approval for higher-cost, unusual, or sensitive freight.
Monthly Farm Order & Delivery Coordination
- Maintain and communicate monthly farm order, submission-deadline, AHI delivery, and Carthage Supply pallet-delivery schedules.
- Communicate expected shipment contents, product availability, backorders, delivery changes, and items moved between shipments.
- Routinely verify farm calendars for accuracy and ensure farms and internal employees have clear delivery information.
