Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred with 5 years related work experience or equivalent combination.
• 5+ years supervisory or relevant experience.
• Must attain Controlled Drug Agent status via security screening and training.
• Must be able to read and understand procedures written in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure area compliance with corporate and divisional policies.
• Troubleshoot and perform problem solving with minimal supervision.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly assignments per schedule.
• Train direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Provide direction to supervisors and staff to meet goals.
• Interact with internal and external customers and respond to requests.
• Develop work schedules by prioritizing workload and resources.
• Maintain personnel records and reflect changes in database.
• Identify new work processes and drive continuous improvements.
