Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Warehouse Operator Clerk to support outbound shipping and picking, with emphasis on label control, yard coordination, and accuracy. This full-time on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in inventory control or warehousing administration.

You will handle data entry, Bills of Lading, and carrier scheduling, while maintaining safety and professional communication with supervisors and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years’ experience in inventory control or warehousing admin.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Label control, preparation, distribution and reprint of all labels for carton/pallet pickers daily.
• Utilize Y/WMS to communicate outbound pulls and plugs to yard drivers; ensure trailer safety before loading.
• Perform data entry for shipments and prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound loads; schedule LTL carriers.
• Print work assignments for replenishment drivers and file outbound paperwork.
• Maintain safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness in the warehouse; adhere to OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Assist outbound supervisors with downtime tracking and communicate with management and customers.
