Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in USA Port Reading is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for 1st Shift (Seasonal). The role supports outbound operations with label control, yard coordination and administrative duties, requiring Excel skills and computer literacy.

You will handle label printing, data entry for shipments, scheduling LTL pickups, and maintaining accurate paperwork while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in inventory control or warehousing admin.
• Must be able to lift and move items as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute, and reprint carton/pallet labels daily.
• Coordinate outbound pulls using Y/WMS and assist yard drivers.
• Enter shipment data, issue seals, prepare Bills of Lading.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow ISO procedures.
