Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or parcel-handling experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory management systems and scanners.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. is required.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming inventory in designated locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and tracking systems.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process returns by inspecting condition and routing per procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe warehouse through housekeeping and checks.
• Escalate inventory discrepancies or distribution issues to the team.
