Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Experience coordinating transportation and working with carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, freight providers).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; working knowledge of Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of goods and verify shipment details.
• Manage special shipping arrangements and track carrier performance.
• Identify, track, and resolve shipping errors or discrepancies.
• Staff supervision: Directs Warehouse staff, assigns tasks, provides guidance, and ensures efficient practices.
• Oversee inventory tracking, storage, and organization to maintain accuracy and prevent loss.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet quality, safety, and company standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
• Prepare and verify shipping-related bills and invoices.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and internal teams to improve processes and efficiency.
