The Warehouse Operations job is an entry-level position in our audio-visual equipment warehouse. This position is fast-paced and requires standing, lifting, pushing/pulling, loading, and unloading equipment. It also involves using a computer-based inventory program, Rental Works, for order fulfillment and inventory management. The weekly schedule includes weekends.

This position reports to and supports the Operations Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

• Fulfill transfers and orders accurately and efficiently using Rental Works
• Scan barcodes to track assets inbound and outbound
• Pack gear safely for travel to prevent damages
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and shipments
• Report gear shortages to floor Lead or Operations Management
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with warehouse organization
• Be organized, focused, self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with inventory department on asset barcoding
• Update knowledge by watching Rental Works training videos and shadowing Operations Lead employees
• Perform other tasks as assigned by department or management

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with equipment maintenance, adherence to standards, process learning, inventory organization, technical skills, and an interest in entertainment production
