Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical logistics provider in Exton, Pennsylvania is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage drug and clinical trial supply operations. Responsibilities include receipt of supplies, inventory management, and preparation of shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Understanding of the CTD Industry.
• Flexibility in working hours; weekend coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of drug and clinical trial supplies according to procedures.
• Generate shipping documentation upon receipt of study request.
• Create inventory pick-lists within Warehouse Inventory Management System.
• Pick drug supplies from the warehouse.
• Inspect picked drug supplies for shipment.
• Prepare shipment export documentation.
• Process shipment acknowledgment of receipt.
• Notify client post shipment.
• Control stock and perform periodic cycle counts.

Job description

To perform daily operational requirements of depot.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receipt of drug and clinical trial supplies in accordance with procedures
• Generation of shipping Documentation upon receipt of study request
• Create Inventory pick-lists within Warehouse Inventory Management System
• Physical pick of drug supplies (including lab kits) from within the warehouse
• Inspection of drug supplies picked for shipment by other associates
• Preparation of shipment export documentation
• Processing of shipment acknowledgement of receipt
• Post shipment notification to client
• Stock control including periodic cycle counts

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (in particular excel)
• Ability to work independently & under pressure in a fast‑paced & dynamic environment.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse (preferably pharmaceutical) environment.
• Understanding of the CTD Industry
• Flexibility in working hours. Weekend coverage may be required
