CEVA Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Handling Operations Administrator CL in Lawrence Township, USA. The role oversees daily warehouse activities, coordinating receiving, picking, packing and releasing, while ensuring accuracy and productivity targets.

You’ll manage staffing needs, training, and adherence to established policies. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience, with 1 year preferred in the industry.

Qualifications

• PC literate and proficient with standard office software.
• Strong MS Office and internet/web-based tools.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• On-site timely attendance is required.
• Perform warehouse activities with quality and productivity targets.
• Handle routing and documentation for wholesale orders.
• Support policies and procedures and ensure adherence by the team.
• Back up receiving, picking, packing and releasing tasks; trained in all departments.
• Forecast crewing needs and coordinate staffing.
• Lead WMS transactions for proper inventory management.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse operations; train new staff.
• Be flexible for shifts or extended hours as needed.
